HeyLobbyTerms of Use
These terms cover your use of HeyLobby, the front desk a building runs by text message, WhatsApp, email and phone, operated by VenziApp LLC, 1519 Drexel Avenue, Unit 403, Miami Beach, FL 33139 ("we", "us"). By messaging or calling a building's HeyLobby number or address, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What HeyLobby does
HeyLobby takes reports of things that need fixing, passes on concerns between neighbours without naming who raised them, helps with parking problems, answers questions from the building's own information, forwards anything else to the building, and sends announcements from the building's board or manager.
- It's an AI assistant. Messages are read and written by AI working for the building. It can make mistakes; the building's people make the decisions.
- It's not for emergencies. If anyone is in danger (fire, gas, someone hurt or trapped), call 911 first. HeyLobby will also reach the building's emergency contacts, but cannot guarantee anyone will respond.
- It doesn't give legal, financial or medical advice, and doesn't decide who is responsible or who pays for damage. The building's governing documents and its board decide those.
Using it fairly
Please use HeyLobby only for building matters, give accurate information, and don't send threatening, abusive or unlawful content. We may stop responding to a number that misuses the service, and the building may remove access.
SMS program terms
Program: HeyLobby building messages, for residents, owners, staff and vendors of buildings that use HeyLobby.
What you'll receive: replies to your messages, updates on what you reported or asked about, questions about building matters that involve you (for example, a car in someone's spot or access for a repair), and announcements from your building's board or manager.
How you join: by texting the building's HeyLobby number, or when your building adds you and you reply to confirm.
Message frequency varies with your building's activity and your own requests.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time; you'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin. For help, reply HELP or email global@venzi.app.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability
We work to keep HeyLobby available but can't promise it will always be, or that every message will be delivered. The service is provided "as is".
Liability
To the extent the law allows, VenziApp LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of HeyLobby, including actions or inaction by the building, its staff or its vendors.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use HeyLobby after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
