HeyLobbyPrivacy Policy
HeyLobby is an AI front desk for residential buildings, operated by VenziApp LLC ("we", "us"), 1519 Drexel Avenue, Unit 403, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA. A building (its association, board or manager) uses HeyLobby so residents, staff and vendors can reach the building by text message, WhatsApp, email or phone. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details the building gives us or that you give us: your name, unit, phone number, email address, and whether you own or rent.
- Vehicle details the building gives us, such as a license plate and parking spot, used only to reach a car's owner about a parking problem.
- Your messages to the building's HeyLobby number or address, and our replies, including photos you send and, for phone calls, a transcript of what was said.
- Building records created from those messages: reports of things that need fixing, their status, and questions and answers.
- Technical data needed to deliver messages, such as delivery status and timestamps.
How we use it
- To run the building's front desk: log and route reports, keep you posted, answer questions from the building's information, pass messages to the right people, and send building announcements.
- To keep the service safe and working, and to improve it.
We never use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.
Who sees it
- The building: its board, manager and staff see reports and messages so they can act on them.
- People involved in a request: for example, the person fixing something learns what needs fixing. When someone reports a concern about a neighbour, we never tell the neighbour who reported it, and we never share a resident's phone number, email or unit with other residents.
- Service providers who process data for us under contract: messaging and calling (Twilio), email (Postmark), hosting and storage (Google Cloud and Firebase), and AI model providers that read and write messages for us. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
Text messaging
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as the building uses HeyLobby and you are connected to the building, and for a limited time afterwards for the building's records. If you text "forget me", we delete what we've learned about you, except records the building needs to keep (for example, a repair history).
Your choices
- Text STOP to stop messages; text START to receive them again.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing global@venzi.app. Some requests may go through the building, which controls its records.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell the building and, where required, you.
Children
HeyLobby is for adult residents, owners, staff and vendors. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced to the building.
